PreSurvey Move Questionnaire

In order to expedite our virtual or onsite moving estimate survey, please complete this short, general questionnaire that will confirm names, addresses, contact information as well as give me a sense of your moving experience and needs. Thank you.

It helps to understand the scope of the estimate to allow time to inventory items. If you are moving a typical 3 bedroom home, expect an onsite survey to take about 30 minutes. If you are moving just a few things, a virtual survey or even pictures and videos you upload can be used to produce a binding quote.
Sometimes text is the fastest and easiest way to communicate.
This will be the email that the moving quote will be mailed. Please make sure it is one you frequently check.
Please enter your desired MOVE OUT date. This should be at least 2 days prior to your lease end or close of escrow and should take into account the length of time the shipment will take to travel to your destination – 3-5 days from CA to the Southwest states, 5-8 days to the Midwest and Texas and 8-14 from CA to the East Coast.
It’s important to know your date restrictions to better serve your needs.

Please enter the year make and model of your vehicle. If it has any modifications such as after market bumpers, racks, winches, lift kits, side steps, please indicate that. In that instance please also provide actual Length/Width/Height measurements as well as pictures. Quotes are good for 30 days.
Items that would cost more than $100 per pound to replace are considered high value and should be listed out once we have earned your business. It does not cost more to ship them, but if you do not list them out in advance, then claims would be limited to a maximum of $100 per pound. If you declare them and file a claim, the high value would have to be substantiated through a receipt or qualified apprasial.
To understand your familiarity with the process of moving, it’s important to know how recently you have moved. If it’s been a very long time, I’ll be sure to cover all the basics first, before diving into the survey.
Moving interstate is different than moving locally. There are different regulations, requirements and expenses.
